WOW!!! WHAT A BARGAIN!!! Located just a short stroll from the Village & lake! With its sand-blasted open-beamed ceilings and knotty-pine walls, wood floors, stacked-stone fireplace, and other custom flourishes, this completely updated custom Bavarian is perhaps the finest of its kind on the mountain. The dining area “pop-out” alone, added significant & tangible square feet to the original floorplan. NEW ROOF! Kitchen was updated with stacked stone backsplash, Quartzite counter tops (Quartzite is a natural stone, but a bit stronger, and stain resistant), and stainless appliances. One bedroom with open-beamed ceiling & knotty pine encased walls, and a bathroom on the main level. Two bedrooms with vaulted open-beamed ceilings, and a bathroom upstairs. Outside is a sizable wraparound deck—recently stained & sealed. An enchanted garden waits out front, along with a newly-paved flat driveway with room enough for two vehicles. Parking for at least two more vehicles in the long driveway behind the home. IDEAL Airbnb home/location!
